Brad Serwin is a business-first corporate lawyer who has led legal strategy for household name and high-growth companies through market-moving M&A, complex financings, public company governance, and high stakes litigation. A former General Counsel & Corporate Secretary for Compass Real Estate, Glassdoor, Playdom, Las Vegas Sands, Ticketmaster and Dean & Deluca and Deputy General Counsel at eBay, Brad partners with CEOs, boards, and operating leaders to close transformative deals, build high-performing legal teams, and turn regulation, risk, and litigation into durable competitive advantages.​  Brad has also served as an independent board member in restructuring situations providing conflict free advice and decision making.

Brad’s track record spans real estate, various online marketplace models, gaming/entertainment, hospitality and insurance, all with companies using technology as a competitive advantage. He has overseen highly successful company sales, cross-border transactions, antitrust-sensitive combinations, multi-billion-dollar capital programs, and company-defining settlements—while installing pragmatic governance, disclosure, and compliance programs that scale.
